Cancellation / No-Show Policy:

We understand that life with children can be busy and sometimes unpredictable!

To help us best serve all of our families, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer that time to another child who may be waiting for services.

How to Cancel:
Please email us at slpgrowingcommunication.ca to notify us of a cancellation or change.

If no notice is provided and the appointment is not attended, a $50.00 charge will apply. This fee helps cover the SLP’s time spent preparing for the visit, as well as the reserved appointment time that cannot be filled on short notice.

We always aim to approach scheduling with understanding and compassion. If unexpected circumstances arise, please reach out—we are happy to communicate and support you whenever possible.
